Thai Yoga aka “Lazy Man’s Yoga,” is a form of yoga where the student relaxes and breathes as the practitioner assists the student into twists, forward folds, backbends, and muscle releasing, goodness. Being able to fully relax, the body allows for more stretch so many students find they can bendy their bodies MUCH deeper than they ever thought. This sessions is wonderful for increasing flexibility and range of motion.
