In this episode, Erin talks about her first international yoga teacher training in Costa Rica. There were some serious curve-balls that were thrown in the beginning that she had to use all of her yoga tools to be able to handle… but the atmosphere, and the experience overall was incredible and such a beautiful location with wonderful people.
