Yoga teacher training at Thrive is a unique experience that will change your life!
The Thrive Yoga & Fitness Yoga Teacher Training merges precision alignment with experiential anatomy to cultivate highly skilled, body-aware instructors. Trainees master biomechanics, hands-on adjustments, and intelligent sequencing while exploring Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as a foundation for mindful teaching. The program emphasizes functional movement, joint stability, and self-myofascial release (using massage balls instead of foam rollers) to enhance mobility and teaching adaptability. With a focus on clear communication, active listening, and student-centered instruction, graduates learn to guide classes with confidence and inclusiveness. Additional highlights include nervous system regulation (pranayama, breath science), practical teaching practicums, and business development, ensuring teachers are ready to lead with expertise in any setting. Led by Thrive studio owner Erin Colleen Geraghty E-RYT-500, and Angela Simone E-RYT-500.
