Accepting What is and Releasing FearSo often we resist what is because it displeases us or we think we can do better. Accepting what is does not mean we become complacent, but rather we show up to the world with some softness around our hearts. When we accept what is we can change it because we can allow that stuck energy to flow through and not create a lot of drama around it.

This takes practice to build the skill, but once we accept what is we can ask ourselves, “Who am I without this thought?” Our ability to sit in uncomfortable feelings will determine our success in life, hands down. If we can navigate what comes up and is true for us in the moment, we will live life navigating with more grace and ease.
Resistance takes a lot of energy. When we accept we can move on and draw to us what we really want: love.
