TYF203 Breaking Through Overwhelm -

In this episode Erin talks about how to break through overwhelm so you can sort out the feelings underneath and find freedom.

Overwhelm is a state where the mind spins and left unaddressed will burn you out. We must be able to get out of this space and we do so by dropping into the body and grounding there. 

Then, once we’ve come back home we can fee more prepared to deal with what’s really going on.
