This Episode Erin talks about her experience at and after a 10 days silent vipassana retreat.

We mediated 12 hours a day. We witness ourselves without trying to change anything. The practice involves accepting what is and allowing.

My mantra through the difficult parts was to Accept and Allow.

It was the hardest thing I have ever done.

I sat through darkness I didn’t know I still had and now I see my brain is about 5% different than it used to be. I am more away and I have a propensity to slow down and witness more easily.

They say when you pray you’re speaking to God and when you meditate you’re listening.

I also experienced 2 days of excruciating pain. I believe is it was some past sankaras leaving my body.

After I felt so peaceful.
