Being able to journey through our emotions rather than resist them is huge factor in how we will face the world. If we stay stuck in emotions and clench down on them our world can become very dark.
Learning how to soften and expand them rather than clench down can help us release and get past them in an organic healing way. Sometimes we think unpleasant emotions are too strong for us to handle. Staying present with emotions takes practice.
