Healing the Past

Until the wounds of past are healed, we are going to have a hard time having a balanced and loving relationship with ourself and others.

Sometimes we blame still and there can be good reason for that. Sometimes the past seems so traumatic and painful, we fear we will sink into a spiral of darkness. When we can understand this with compassion and lay out all the pieces and look at them individually with a sense of safety, love, and patience, we begin to heal. We recognize these things never were us and that it’s a choice to hold on to them or not.

Ways to continue healing is to surround yourself with people of light. People of light, healers, those who have a balanced loving energy have ways of processing their emotions in a powerful way. Just being around that, you learn.
