Matt “Judo” Murphy has evolved our program from its fitness kickboxing roots into a grappling and Mixed Martial Arts-styled striking instruction boot camp! He uses wrestling, position, and leverage for self-defense, providing an amazing workout while throwing some hands and feet with a little heat.
